Rebekah joins ASL Technical in April, bringing with her over 25 years of experience in recruitment, much of it focused within engineering and technical environments.

What really stands out about Rebekah is how she approaches recruitment. She’s not someone who just “fills jobs” — she takes the time to properly understand the people, the businesses, and the detail behind every role. It’s a style built on listening, honesty, and doing things the right way, which is exactly how we like to work.

Over the years, Rebekah has seen the industry from every angle, including running her own business. That experience gives her a genuine appreciation of the pressures our clients face, whether that’s tight project deadlines, skills shortages, or simply the need to get the right person in place first time.

She has built long-standing relationships with both clients and candidates by focusing on quality and consistency rather than quick wins — something that fits naturally with the ASL Technical approach. Her FIRP qualification also reflects her commitment to maintaining high professional standards in everything she does.

Based on the South Coast, Rebekah supports clients across the UK, particularly within engineering and technical sectors where attention to detail and understanding the brief really matters.

Outside of work, Rebekah can often be found hiking the South Downs with her rescue dogs, making the most of the fresh air and a good walk. She also enjoys spending time with friends — often over a well-earned cocktail — bringing that same down-to-earth, positive energy into her work with clients and candidates.
